The manager and her team have provided care at home for our relative for over a year now and provided a reliable and efficient service, even with the challenges of 2021 in the health care setting. Vital Care and Support have provided excellent support to my aunt, which is currently enabling her to stay living in her own home. The agency has taken time to establish my aunt’s support requirements and held a review meeting with us to ensure that any changes in requirements are fully understood. Time has been taken to ensure that the carers provided are people with whom my aunt will enjoy spending time. The support workers provided are extremely professional and we appreciate the continuity of carers that have been maintained, especially during the on-going COVID19 pandemic. We would definitely recommend the agency as they have provided a service that enables my aunt to continue to enjoy life at home. Thank you!

The care really is 24/7 and the service provided is excellent. The Agency is utterly reliable, efficient, friendly, professional carers who provide Mum with help, care and companionship. Consistently reliable and giving great peace of mind to both Mum and the family, knowing she is being looked after by such lovely people. I cannot recommend the Agency more highly.

My husband and I had tried a number of other agencies before and found them to be lacking. Vital care and Support staff have been very supportive and flexible and have understood my healthcare needs very well. They are knowledgeable and caring; he has always felt looked after.
